1st draft of the rules with an explanation (I did it using 6 formal questions):

Who: You bring you and a maximum crew of 5 men plus weapons and such. You can either fight an opposing army of npc's, or have a pvp battle. Note, that you can bring multiple pc's against an npc army, but only 2 pc's on opposing forces for the pvp type.

i.e.: Lorn MacNicol vs. George Dhemington
i.e.: Lorn MacNicol, George Dhemington, Caelen McCree and Captain Schmidty vs. the 1996 Denver Broncos

What: A battle royale. Last man standing wins the match. Note that if the party leader dies, you automatically win. Kind of like a chess match. If multiple pc's in one party, the party will choose it's leader.

Where: A battle field. Note that the battlefield can be anywhere in the world, it's not limited to the Caribbean. If you do not specify the location, the location will be randomly chosen. The location does play a part and there are obstacles, its not just a blank match. The opening post of every match will explain every location to its fullest detail, just because you pick a type of place doesn't mean you get to choose everything on it.

i.e.: you say desert, i say sand, cacti, oasis and poisonous things that crawl out in the night
i.e.: you say forest, i say trees, cliffs, brooks, and large animals that eat berries but can kill you if you piss it off :)

When: Hopefully often. Once in awhile there will be a large tournament held. Sign ups are also held when you wish to start one. The mods will not start one unless they wish to participate.

Why: BECAUSE KILLING PEOPLE IS FUN! And so is rping. So do it! Do it NOW!! Note: you can set these to topics, stories and whatnot. But the main purpose is to beat on someone.

How: Random dice rolls. Quite simple really, I have a random number generator that will simulate a dice roll. You get a dice roll per action towards another player. There are also land mass dice rolls per round. Also, when you are at the end of your post, please put specific actions that you deem important for moderation at the bottom in []. It makes it easier for the mods if there are too many battles going on at once. Note that specific things you do may improve or worsen your status and rolls.

i.e. [i attempted to punch you in the face] (roll=hit at 45%, you rolled a 2: you missed but hit your mom instead, ensuing bitch slap causes you 10 damage)

as an addendum, since this applies to everything, DO NOT GODMOD: you will be deducted hp or possibly even killed off in the battle, i have no patience for this and, as the other mods and players start playing, they will quickly tire of it as well

THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE, however, is to have fun. I know I will :)
